As it was a new experience as a first time buyer, the whole process can be quite overwhelming. Jason went through the process in detail and fully so, I could understand. Jason was very responsive, professional and knowledgeable, and went several extra miles for us in looking first of all at some quite complicated finance arrangements before settling on something relatively straightforward, all for the single fixed fee. Nothing was too much trouble, and there were no hidden surprises or extras. Jason’s knowledge of how various lenders operate meant that making the application was also far easier, and progressed much more quickly, than we thought it would.
